How Can We Help?

When will I receive the link for the live streaming class I signed up for? 

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to join our live streaming yoga classes immediately upon booking each class. Please make sure you are subscribed to our email lists and that your email address is correct. 

I didn’t get an email with a link. What should I do? 

Make sure your email is up to date by going to your account information either in the MindBody App or on our website. If you still have trouble please email info@medicineforthesoulyoga.com or call us at (929) 390-8720.

Do I have to share my camera with the instructor? 

No, you do not have to share your camera with the instructor. Most of our classes are a one-way stream, which means only you can see and hear the instructor, however we do offer two-way classes if you wish to have corrections and/or feedback from your instructor. Just be sure to allow enough space from you and your device so the instructor can see your entire body. 

Please note we cannot guarantee you will receive feedback from the instructor. 

Can I use my class pack or other package for live streaming classes? 

Yes, previously purchased class cards can be used towards live streaming yoga classes. We do offer live streaming yoga class packs and memberships, which are much less than that of a regular in-studio class. 

I have a Medicine Yogi Unlimited Membership, are live streaming classes included? 

Yes, live streaming classes are included complimentary to our weekly and monthly unlimited members. 

I would like to freeze my membership. What do I do? 

If you need to freeze your membership please submit your request to info@medicineforthesoulyoga.com. We will gladly freeze your membership at no additional cost for as long as you need. We will send you an email confirmation when your request has been processed. 

I would like to unfreeze my membership. How do I do that? 

If you wish to unfreeze your membership please submit your request to info@medicineforthesoulyoga.com. We will send you an email confirmation when your request has been processed. 

I would like to cancel my membership. How can I do that? 

To cancel your membership please submit your request to info@medicineforthesoulyoga.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your next billing date to avoid the next automatic billing cycle and ensure our team has enough time to process your request. You will send you an email confirmation once your request has been processed. 

My classes are about to expire. What can I do? 

Any expired classes on a classpack, groupon, gilt city, or other vouchers may be reactivated with the purchase of a single class or an additional class package. These classes will be reactivated for an additional six to nine months, depending on the additional class package purchased. Please email our support team at info@medicineforthesoulyoga.com in order to do so, and we will send you an email confirmation once your request has been processed. 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.
