We will open with a short, mindful reading that will direct the rest of our time on the mat. Perfect for a mid-week reset! All levels welcome, no special props needed. Building strength by using boxing, kickboxing, and Mauy Thai techniques. The second half is a fitness based vinyasa flow. Adding in some more strengthening and sculpting moves.
