These slower gentle flow classes focus on a range of physical therapy from relieving lower back pain, arthritis, improving bone structure and density, hip and shoulder mobility, and more. We will move through familiar sequences, holding poses for a bit longer, paying special attention to our breath while strengthening the muscles that support our joints, bones, spine, pelvis, wrists and ankles.

Prepare to move your body for 60 full minutes in this full body workout. In these classes we will be working through a fusion of pilates, barre, HIIT and yoga that will sculpt and tone your bodies! Using our breath to reconnect and find strength from within, and further carry that with us out into our lives! This is an all-level class, with available modifications. This refreshing and renewing practice will begin with gentle Yin poses followed by 20 to 30 minutes of calming restorative work. We will open with a short, mindful reading that will direct the rest of our time on the mat. Perfect for a mid-week reset! All levels welcome, no special props needed.
