Bring balance to your body and mind by cultivating the qualities of yin and yang energies in each pose. This class will explore the nuances of yin (moon) through balanced stillness and effort while building yang intensity before finally letting it all settle in savasana.
Full Body Burn & Sculpt is a full body workouts inspired by Barre, yoga, Pilates, and HIIT- so they are high intensity, but lower impact. Starting out with a thorough warmup, you will ignite heat in the body and get your heart rate up. Class will progress into a series of exercises that will target your abdominals, thighs, glutes, and upper body, aiming to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, while building stamina. With an inclusive and form-driven approach, Erin will encourage you to safely push past your comfort zone, embrace “the burn” as you fire up your muscles, and move with intention and breath. Get ready to finish class feeling sweaty, energized, and accomplished!
Unwind from the day by firing up your core. In this 30-minute class, we’ll focus on core-strength poses through a quick (but effective) power flow. Tone your body and relieve your mind in this invigorating class–it’s a perfect way to end your day on the mat.
Want to work up a sweat and flow it out in just 45 minutes? Join a Circuit Sculpt & Flow class. This is the perfect combination: we will start with a warm up, then do a circuit of exercises (either upper body focused, lower body focused, core focused, or a full body mix) and break up each circuit with a small hustle. Class will end with a 10-15 minute yoga stretch and cool down. Bring weights (anything in your kitchen will work just fine!), a yoga mat and some water, and get ready for some upbeat fun! Customizations will be available for all circuits and flows.
