Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow links the breath with movement as students flow into different asanas (poses) through a series of smooth, fast-paced transitions. Vinyasa is the most popular form of modern yoga, often viewed as a powerful form of exercise that allows one to work up a sweat while diving deep into the principles of breath and movement.


Fusion Flow

Fusion Flow blends a variety of yoga styles ranging from Vinyasa to Hatha to Katonah and more. In this class, you can expect to gain a better understanding of each pose, breathwork linked to movement, and the tools to cultivate your own home practice.


Power Flow

An invigorating, energetic class that will encourage you to explore the full potential of traditional yoga postures while moving fluidly from one pose to the next in synchronized connection to your breath.


Balancing Act

Balancing Act is a fun, unique, and playful class focused on arm balances and inversion postures taught within a Vinyasa Flow based class. You will utilize props, walls, and even each other as support as you explore your edge in this daring, confidence boosting experience. 


Flow to the Beat

A 60 minute cardio driven practice to the soundtrack of a new decade each week. A gentle warm up followed with flow sequences influenced by Pilates, dance, and traditional vinyasa, ending with deep stretches and restorative poses to calm the body and mind down. Taught with a combination of English and Sanskrit. Some yoga experience preferred.


Expressions

Expressions is a contemporary movement practice that explores one's functionality and balance through synchronized breathing and emotional integration. This class is guided through a series of movement sequences, allowing time for the practitioner to find their own rhythm, coordination, and with time, a state of authentic 'Expression'.


Ashtanga

A fully instructed version of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series including its traditional postures and connecting vinyasas counted in traditional manner as still practiced in India today. Taught at a lively, strength-based pace, this energetic and challenging sequence detoxifies the body and calms the mind.


Flow to Restore

A delicious balance of strengthening and restoring, this class will begin with a solid Vinyasa Flow, followed by a deep, fulfilling rest.
